Restaurant Parts Direct, a DBA of Midwest Appliance Parts Co., Inc., strives to provide quality products backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Please carefully review the following warranty policy to ensure smooth processing of your claim.


General Warranty Policy

Most warranties do not require the defective part to be returned. However, please call us at 773-278-1300 with your order number to determine if the defective part is needed for warranty support.

Special Warranty Requirements

  • Samsung and LG Parts: Defective Samsung and LG parts must be sent back for warranty approval. Shipping charges in both directions are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Warranty Exchange Limit: Each part is eligible for a maximum of one warranty exchange.

Warranty Shipping Charges

  • Standard Warranty Shipping Fee: A shipping and handling fee of $14.95 applies to all warranties processed 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Oversized Items: Oversized items are subject to a shipping charge of $95.00.
  • Freight Items: Freight items have shipping charges that range from $150.00 to $500.00, depending on size and destination.

  • Appliance Type
  • Appliance Manufacturer
  • Appliance Model #
  • Appliance Serial #

Warranty Periods

Warranty periods vary by brand and manufacturer. Most parts are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for one year from the purchase date.

Exclusions

  • Unnatural wear and tear
  • Physical damage
  • Consumables such as filters, fuses, and igniters
